WARM tea set
€168.00A modern Scandinavian design tea set. Handmade in Finland and featured on the Netflix series, "Restaurants on the Edge", this stunning tea set is already a Finnish design classic. A must-have for every design enthusiast and perfect as a gift set.
The set combines porcelain tea cups and teapot with a removable wooden sleeve. The sleeve acts as a cosy to help keep the tea cups and teapot warm while also being wooden handles by which the cups and teapot are lifted and held. The cups are cosy in the hands when warm but don't burn because of the insulating effect of the wood.
Brew your perfect cup of tea with the functional 60cl teapot. The bottle-like shape makes the pot easy to pick up, and there’s no need for a coaster as the teapot stands on the wooden handle. Fits 2–3 cups and includes a tea strainer.
Lift the cap off, place the tea leaves in the strainer which can be hung from the edge of the teapot. The ceramic lid has been designed to stay in place while pouring. The two 'locks' ensuring it remains in place. A cork lid option is also available.
The porcelain parts are dishwasher safe, just remove the wooden handles first. The removable wood handle can be wiped with a damp cloth and revived with wood oil from time to time. If the wood parts gets wet, remove it from the teapot, simply it dry off and leave to dry on its own. Spares are available to purchase separately.
