United StatesI love the design. I thought they would be big enough to hold my espresso machine double espresso but they were not. Also if the wood would come up higher on the cup (it's hot!) would be easier to hold. You tend to want to grab the top of the cup because it juts out.
SwitzerlandThe product: is good, but not great. for espresso, the cups should, be even smaller. the wooden part is slightly sliding down, i.e. the edge between narrower part and wider part should be a bit sharper for wooden part to properly sit. Maybe I expected more. It is still very pretty Purchase process - not happy about that. In fact, i loved that the chief founder / designer reached out to me to make sure that I buy the right lid on the tea pot. What I did not appreciate that no one mentioned that I will be charged with Swiss VAT. I expected as with premium brands that VAT will b e covered.
