Wooden Sleeves: Can be wiped with a damp cloth and revived with wood oil from time to time.
Wooden Trays: Washed by hand using a damp cloth. Dry with a towel immediately after washing and leave to dry. The tray is treated with flax oil. It is recommended further oil be applied regularly to maintain the wood. Apply oil, leave to seep in overnight, and wipe away the excess. Always follow the manufacturer's recommendations on the disposal of clothes used for oiling due to the risk of combustion.
Ceramic Parts and Pieces: All ceramics are dishwasher safe, although handwashing is recommended. The plates can be stacked on top of one another in a cabinet for easy storage.
